Hybrid and remote work models are not going away. While there\u2019s been a push to return to the office this year, and the average city office occupancy rates are over 50% for the first time since the pandemic, the Wall Street Journal reports those numbers have now stalled<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The percentage of companies requiring full-time office work dropped in the past few months from 49% to 42%. Employee preference is clear: 98% of respondents in a recent poll would like to work remotely, at least some of the time, for the rest of their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
