Here\u2019s what tech workers want you to know:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fix\" style=\"font-size:30px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">Don\u2019t: Expect an Immediate Fix Every Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Understand that \u201csimple\u201d requests aren\u2019t always so simple, say IT workers. 44% of our survey respondents said fixing tech issues \u201calways requires more time than people think.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A responsive and efficient IT experience is always the goal, but sometimes you need to give a little grace. Remember that not everything can be automated, and sometimes you\u2019re relying on people&#8217;s power \u2013 which takes time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"systems\" style=\"font-size:30px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">Do: Remember That Enterprise IT Systems Need Constant Maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s so much more to IT than incident response: 44% of IT workers said they want their colleagues to understand that systems and software require constant upkeep and maintenance to work their best.
